Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Madrugada Évora. Please read our terms and conditions carefully before making a booking. By using our services, you agree to the following conditions:

1. Booking and Payment

• Reservations are confirmed only after payment is completed.

• We accept secure payments via Stripe and PayPal.

• All prices include VAT and are displayed in euros (€).

• An invoice will be issued upon request or at check-out.

2. Occupancy Rules

• Room prices are based on standard occupancy.

• Babies under 5 years old stay free of charge.

• Children aged 6 to 12 incur a 15% extra charge.

• Additional adults incur a 33% extra charge.

3. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in: from 15:00.

• Check-out: until 11:00.

• Late check-out may incur an extra fee and is subject to availability.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellations made up to 7 days before arrival are fully refundable.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total booking.

• No-shows will be charged 100%.

5. Use of Facilities

• Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

• Quiet hours: from 22:00 to 08:00.

• Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms.

6. Privacy and Data

• We collect and process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• Analytics data is processed via Google Analytics, respecting GDPR compliance.
