What are the Check-in and Check-out times?
Check-in is available from 15:00 to 20:00. Check-out must be completed by 11:00. If you plan to arrive outside these hours, please contact us in advance to arrange key collection.
Is breakfast included in the rate?
Yes! A delicious continental breakfast featuring local Alentejo products is included with all room bookings. It is served daily in the main dining area or on the terrace.
Is there parking available?
Absolutely. We offer free private parking on site for all our guests. No reservation is needed.
What is your cancellation policy?
We understand plans can change. You can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will be charged 50% of the total stay.
Are pets allowed?
We love animals, but to ensure the comfort and safety of all our guests (and local wildlife), pets are generally not allowed inside the rooms unless specifically agreed upon prior to booking.
